Test your equipment with a staff member from the Council if you:
- have never used Cisco WebEx Training Center;
- have never tested the equipment with a staff member from the Council;
- have a new computer/headset/webcam;
- have experienced an internet service change; or
- intend to participate in the session from a location other than the location from which you tested.
